As cosplayers ourselves we created a High Density EVA Foam specifically formulated to outperform the competition in Durability and Shape Retention. If you’re pouring all of that painstaking effort into your Cosplay, Costuming or Crafting design, you need your EVA Foam to hold up to whatever Con or daily activities you throw at your creation!
• ACHIEVE INTRICATE DETAIL WITH VERSATILE THICKNESS - 4MM: A favorite for lightweight armor panels, costume bases, and wearable props. The 4mm thickness holds shape well after heat forming while remaining flexible for comfortable wear. Great for layering and adding contour detail.

This X-large 35"x59" sheet ensures seamless coverage and professional results.
• PRECISION CRAFTING WITH ULTRA HIGH DENSITY FOAM: With a true high density of 85 kg/m3 (5.3 lb/ft3) our smooth, closed-cell structure on both sides craft foam makes cutting, sanding, dremeling, heating, and shaping effortless, ensuring professional-quality results every time.
