An extra Rail Car is the perfect addition to your Space Saver Gym by Dunn Concepts LLC. Using an additional rail car during a workout allows the user to focus on multiple muscle groups while performing a single exercise. This is accomplished by providing resistance from various angles at the same time. The additional rail car is an add-on item to the original Space Saver Gym. The Space Saver Gym is a perfect addition to any home or office to help maximize your resistance training workouts without taking up a lot of room. The Rail Car is made of Stainless Steel and a reinforced Nylon and Fiberglass Mix for extreme durability. It has been tested up to 150 kilograms (330.69 pounds) in weight and accommodates, most elastic tubing, resistance bands and allows you to perform hundreds of workouts in one spot quickly and efficiently. When mounted vertically, this at home gym provides 16 different levels (heights) per track to work out from so even the kids can get a great workout too! Easily slide the rail car, in 2-inch increments, to adjust the height with the touch of a button. The Rail Car/Hook is designed for a single elastic tubing resistance band.
