About this item

• EXPERIENCE the difference in our pure gourmet sea salt! No mixing of lower quality salt in our product. Our Kona sea salt is 100% Pure. Years of knowledge go into creating a salt of this purity, quality and excellent texture
• KONA, our 100% pure Deep Sea Salt, is harvested on our own salt farm by our knowledgeable salt master from dense, mineral rich ancient deep seawater just off the shore of Kona on the island of Hawai’i, 2200 feet below the surface, pure and unaffected by human influences.
• OUR KONA SEA SALT has a perfect balance of taste and high level of essential minerals and is 33% lower in sodium than ordinary table salt and is prized around the world for its purity, beauty and delicate flavor.
• THE ONLY SALT in the world made from Kona’s pristine 900 year-old 2,200 FT. deep ocean water. Deep Ocean Water is rich with minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, manganese, zinc, and iodine. The dark waters at these depths have less photosynthesis which allows the abundant nutrients to remain.
• OUR SALT MASTER knows how to set up the perfect condition to form beautiful salt crystals and the exact moment to hand-harvest the salt for optimal mild taste and mineral balance.
