About this item

• REAL RED SUPERFOOD POWDER - Raspberries are well-known for their bright color, as well as their fresh, sweet taste and aroma. Besides their great taste, raspberries are also a nutritional powerhouse. They are one of the lowest sugar fruits - 5 grams per cup - yet still contain a significant amount of fiber, vitamins, ketones, and omega-3 fatty acids.
• GET THE BENEFITS OF THE WHOLE FRUIT - Our raspberry extract is made from the whole fruit. This means you won't miss out on any valuable nutrients packed inside the flesh or seeds.
• PACKED WITH NUTRIENTS - Freeze drying technology allows us to significantly reduce the weight of the raspberries while preserving all of the nutrients. 7 ounces of our freeze dried raspberry powder is equivalent to 56 ounces of fresh raspberries- 1.1 ounces in each teaspoon..
• NO SWEETENERS OR ADDITIVES - We believe that nothing beats the natural flavor of raspberry. That is why we do not add any sugar or fillers in our powders that would alter the flavor and decrease its nutritional benefits. Since we don't use any additives, sometimes the powder may clump. An easy way to re-powder it is to put it in the freezer for two hours. After that, gently pound the package with an utensil until you achieve the right consistency.
• EASY TO USE - Our raspberry extract for baking mixes easily in any of your recipes - smoothies, shakes, cakes, porridge, and more. Adding only a spoonful of the strawberry powder for baking boosts your dish with nutrients and color. Just like fresh fruit, our fruit powder does not dissolve in water.
