• Reliable Unique Device-to-Device (D2D) Functionality: After setting up D2D control, the leak sensors and valve controller communicate directly, even during power loss or network disruption. When a leak is detected, the valve automatically closes, ensuring protection without the need for internet or power.
• Long Range Connectivity: YoLink’s system utilizes LoRa technology, offering a communication range of up to 1/4 mile between the devices and the hub. This allows you to place the leak sensors in hard-to-reach areas, such as basements, attics, or remote storage rooms, ensuring your entire home is covered, no matter how far away the sensor is from the hub.
• Customizable Notification Options: Choose from SMS, App alerts, and Email to stay informed about leaks. iOS users will also receive Critical Alerts. Each account includes 5 free SMS per month. With this kit, you’ll get 30 free SMS alerts (5 per device for 5 devices). Additional devices add 5 more free SMS per month, keeping you connected and protected.
• Seamless Third-Party Integrations: Easily integrate your system with Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT, and Home Assistant for added convenience. Control your leak sensors and valve controller with simple voice commands or automation, giving you complete control over your home’s water security.
• Long Battery Life: Enjoy long-lasting performance with the Water Leak Sensors, which have a battery life of up to 5 years. The Valve Controller 2 can run for 2 years on batteries or be powered directly, with the battery serving as a backup, ensuring continuous operation even during power outages.
• Easy Installation: No plumbing required! The EVO Valve Operator easily integrates with your existing system without the need to cut any pipes. Simply configure the hub, leak sensors, and valve controller to begin monitoring your home’s water protection system, offering reliable security with minimal effort.
• INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS — Install the device in a suitable location according to the installation environment and operating conditions. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, flooding, standing water, condensation, extreme temperatures, and other harsh conditions unless the device is specifically rated for such environments. Use proper protection, insulation, or enclosures when required. Improper installation or prolonged exposure to unsuitable conditions may damage internal components, affect measurement accuracy, or impact valve performance.
