A wonderful ingredient for confections and desserts, that sweetens like cane sugar with the addition of a lovely caramelly flavor. Coconut sugar has more nutrients than refined white sugar. Unlike many products on the market, particularly from Thailand, our coconut sugar is made from pure dehydrated coconut sap with no added fillers like cane sugar or maltodextrin.
