Durable Nylon Combined With Comfortable Neoprene The Serious Steel Fitness Triceps Straps are made from highly durable webbed nylon. Neoprene padding is also added to the hand loops for additional comfort. Two sizes available: 18" and 30". Both straps were developed to provide maximum range of motion in order for the user to target all three heads of the triceps muscle. The 30" triceps strap is also great for abdominal exercises on a sectorized cable machine. The simple and efficient design allows you to hook up to a pulley system or simply clip it to a resistance band and feel those upper body muscles start firing immediately.
