KastKing Destron Braided Fishing Line, Ultra-Thin Diameter & High Strength

Product Information

About this item

• 2nd Generation MultiTuf Fiber – The Destron braided fishing line is fully enhanced with KastKing’s proprietary, 2nd generation MultiTuf fibers. MultiTuf fiber is an enhanced Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene material that provides extreme tensile and knot strength. The fiber’s best-in-class weight-to-weight ratio is 10X stronger than steel so that you have complete confidence in your fishing line under extreme conditions in both fresh and saltwater.
• Ultra-thin Diameter/Zero Stretch – The ultra-thin diameter means you can use a thinner line without giving up strength or line capacity. The diameter-to-strength ratio is 75% thinner than most monofilament fishing lines so you get more power with thinner diameters which means more line capacity. Zero stretch and no memory make Destron braided fishing line highly sensitive to the lightest strikes. You’ll feel more bites and generate solid hook sets with Destron Braided Lines.
• Unparalleled Strength and Toughness – MultiTuf fibers undergo a unique machine-induced reverse spin, pre-treatment. The fibers are spun in one direction, then they are unwound and braided together all the way back into a straight form. This is superior to a traditional process where the fibers are twisted during the braiding process. With the aggressive “Diamond Weave” process, the Destron fiber strands maximize tensile strength and toughness of the line creating a superior braid.
• Color Fast Technology & Abrasion Resistant Coating – Destron is made using our new “CFT” Color Fast Technology which is a no-fade, abrasion resistant coating that lasts longer and stays strong in heavy cover or rocky conditions. This cutting-edge fishing line braid uses CFT technology with UV-resistant pigments that won’t fade over time. Color choices include stealthy camo patterns, easy to see Hi-Vis colors and solid stealth colors to fit your style of fishing. Color stays true over time.
• Superior Castability – All KastKing products emphasize castability. Destron 4 carrier and 8 carrier braid delivers long, easy casts from both spinning and casting reels in both freshwater and saltwater applications. The specific gravity of the UHMWP fiber is .97, which is lighter than water enabling it to float in water. Available in multiple colors and sizes, this upgraded braided fishing line is perfect for all types of fishing.
