Cajon Turbo Cabasa Shaker Effect with Sound Ports Plus Hook-And-Loop Adhesive Disc, Mountable

About this item

• Add cabasa or loose hihat effects to cajon grooves — the Cajon Cabasa by Meinl Percussion attaches to the side of your cajon so you can incorporate cabasa or loose hihat effects to your cajon grooves using your hand
• Hook-and-loop adhesive disc — on the backside is a large adhesive disc with hook-and-loop fastener so you can mount the cabasa to the side of any cajon body material and remove it at any time (removing is convenient for packing your cajon in a bag)
• Turbo body for more volume — like our standard Turbo Cabasas, you'll notice circular sound port cut-outs on the resonating chamber — these ports allow the frequencies inside to project outward with more volume and definition, which is ideal for live music
• Why it's so articulate — the Meinl Turbo Cajon Cabasa is made with a stainless steel ribbed cylinder with stainless steel beaded chain, and this results in a super bright cabasa sound effect that can easily blend with the mix or cut through when needed
• Medium size — this medium-sized version produces a lower fundamental pitch than the small version
• Studio microphone friendly — its well-defined articulation is chock-full of balanced frequencies that are studio microphone friendly so you can layer musical percussive sounds in recording environments
