FEED GARDEN 76'' Bird Feeder Pole, 7-Prong Base Shepherds Hook for Outdoor

Product Information

About this item

• 7-PRONG STABILITY BASE - BUILT TO STAY SECURE IN WIND: Most shepherd's hooks anchor on 2 prongs. This one uses 7 prongs, each 9.8 inches deep across a 9.2 x 10.2 inch footprint — more contact area and more depth keeps a loaded pole from leaning. Press down evenly on all seven prongs for a secure installation. In hard or stony ground, water the spot the day before to make installation easier.
• MATCH THE HEIGHT TO WHAT YOU ARE HANGING: Capacity changes with height because taller poles create more leverage on the base. Adjust this 76-inch shepherd hook to 60" or 44" by removing extension sections. Supports up to 18 lbs at 76", 25 lbs at 60", and 39 lbs at 44". Use full height to keep feeders farther from the ground, or shorten for heavier items. Made from 1.5mm powder-coated steel tube with a 5/8" outside diameter, using 16" sections that add or remove by hand with no tools.
• THE HEIGHT YOU ACTUALLY GET, AND HOW TO SET IT UP: The 76 inch figure includes about 10 inches of spikes in the ground, so roughly 66 inches stands above soil. The hook curves over and down, so feeders hang slightly lower. Setup takes 5 minutes, no tools: twist the 16 inch sections together, push the base in, step down hard on all seven prongs. In soft or freshly dug ground, wait 18-24 hours before hanging heavy items.
• VERSATILE SHEPHERDS HOOK FOR MULTIPLE USES: Hang hummingbird feeders, bird feeders, flower baskets, solar lights, lanterns, wind chimes, garden flags, garden & wedding decorations. A stylish addition for gardens, yards, patios, weddings, and events.
• ALL-WEATHER STEEL - 1-YEAR WARRANTY: Powder-coated steel resists rust, and the rubber stopper seal on the hook end keeps rain from running down inside the tube. Built to sit outside year-round. Disassemble for storage or leave it standing. 1-Year Warranty: message us through Amazon and we will make it right.
