ÖSEL BERRY Organic Wild Freeze Dried Blueberry Powder, Bilberry, 3 oz

About this item

• 8:1 CONCENTRATED - 25 OZ OF BERRIES IN A 3 OZ POUCH: Freeze drying removes only the water - one resealable pouch holds 25 oz (700 g) of real wild blueberries, 17 servings of organic blueberry powder.
• HANDPICKED IN CERTIFIED ORGANIC NORDIC FORESTS: Vaccinium myrtillus, the small dark European wild bilberry, handpicked and freeze dried whole - one ingredient, nothing added. USDA Organic, certifier EE-OKO-03.
• NOT A WATER DRINK - MADE FOR SMOOTHIES, YOGURT AND BAKING: Not soluble in water - in plain water it stays grainy and settles. In a smoothie, yogurt, oatmeal or batter it blends fully and evenly.
• TART, INTENSE, DEEPLY PURPLE: Sharp, berry-rich flavour, not candy-sweet, with colour that runs right through the flesh. Fold into muffin or pancake batter - blueberry powder for baking, no artificial flavouring.
• ONE INGREDIENT, READ THE PANEL: 100% organic wild blueberry powder - no added sugar (2 g natural sugars per serving), no additives, non-GMO. Cut and seal after opening.
