The buckwheat husk core holds temperature, so you can add warmth or cold to the same session.
• WARM IT OR CHILL IT - Buckwheat husks take heat in the oven or the microwave and hold it for a long stretch, or spend an hour in the freezer for the opposite effect. One roll, two very different sessions, and nothing to plug in or replace.
• FIRM SUPPORT THAT STILL GIVES WAY - Buckwheat husks shift under the weight of your head, settle into the curve of your neck and then hold that shape for the whole session - support a foam bolster cannot copy. The cover comes off for gentle hand washing. Roll measures 12" x 6".
