About this item

• SIGNS YOUR PLANTS NEED WATER CONDITIONER: Poor growth, wilting, and crispy brown or black leaf tips can indicate water quality issues. Using our tap water conditioner helps plants grow taller and more robust by dissipating harmful chemicals before they hit the soil and are absorbed by roots.
• HOW TO USE - Add 1/4 capful to 1 gallon of tap water to make safe water for houseplants, hydroponic setups, and irrigation systems. This 8-ounce bottle goes a long way - treating up to 200 gallons of water! Not to mention, you will be replacing fewer dead plants and wondering less about problems with crispy leaf edges, damaged roots, or stunted growth.
• GREAT FOR PONDS & AQUARIUMS TOO - Make your water safe for fish in an aquarium or pond with our water conditioner. Use as directed for all applications for healthy aquatic lifeforms!
• WHAT IT DOES - Southside's Water Conditioner removes chlorine, destroys chloramines, detoxifies heavy metals, & buffers pH. While towns and cities treat for heavy metals, if you get water from a well or other natural source, this may be a concern. The average pH of tap water is 6.5 to 8.5, & plants prefer a pH between 5.0-7.0. Our water conditioner helps to keep the pH in a more neutral range, significantly improving your ability to grow healthy, happy plants.
• TURN YOUR WATER INTO A HEALTHY ELIXER: High levels of chlorine & chloramines (used by municipalities to treat water for human consumption) can damage plant roots. And some varieties like dracaenas, ti plants, spider plants, prayer plants, calatheas, & carnivorous plants are just more sensitive to chemical exposure. Our Conditioner solves these problems, making your water plant and fish-safe!
