• 420 STAINLESS CONICAL BURR, HARDENED TO 57 HRC - holds its edge far longer than plain stainless. A 430 stainless bearing mechanism keeps the burr centred so grind size stays consistent
• 45 CLICKS OF GRIND ADJUSTMENT - turn the dial clockwise to FINE until it stops, then count clicks back toward COARSE: Cezve 5-10, espresso 11-15, siphon 16-20, French press 21-30, cold brew 31-45
• REPEATABLE SETTINGS - the dial clicks audibly so you can return to the same grind every time. Hold the crank handle steady while you turn the dial, or it spins without clicking
• DUAL BEARING MECHANISM - two bearings carry the shaft so the 201 stainless crank turns smoothly under load. No battery, no cord, no power draw
