We all benefit from a positive forward thinking mindset, so start their practice as young as possible, and lead them to keep it regular. You will notice the differences as they grow,I have. The most common compliment I get, is about how grounded and amazing my 9yo son is. He truly is and this is one of the tools we have used to create a deep sense of feeling secure in who he is. This sense has allowed him to shine and he continues to flourish in his mind as he grows.I hope the same for your children. So much love,OriteUnicorn Theme120 Pages8.5 x 11A-Z AffirmationsStory Boxes for DrawingTrace Word PagesFree Writing PagesBonus Coloring/Drawing PagesMatte Cover Read more
