About this item

• Simple - The Optimized Athletics psoas release tool is an efficient way to reach your pressure points that other massage tools will not facilitate. With ease you will have tension release.
• Versatile - Our stretching tool can not only be used for psoas muscle release, but also as a hip hook, hip flexor stretcher, hook massager, mobilization wedge, and trigger point to any portion of the body you apply it to.
• Quality - Designed and tested in the USA has allowed us to make the perfect massage tool. As former collegiate athletes we actively worked to mitigate having injuries and created this product to reach parts of the body to release tension and supplement stretching.
• Durable - Imagine a deep tissue massage but in the comfort of your own home. Actively work on your tight back, hip, quad, or shoulder muscles with as much or little pressure as you desire.
• How To Use- We suggest when using the Optimized Athletics psoas release tool on the floor, you are cognizant of how much pressure you put on each part of the body. When working on back tension you may spend 20 seconds getting into deep tissue, while on the psoas we don't suggest putting too much pressure for long periods of time.
