Product Description
The new Ozeri Garden and Kitchen Scale II features Ozeri’s latest 420 Variable Graduation Technology that allows you to weigh your most delicate garden herbs and greens in graduations as precise as 0.1 g / 0.005 oz. Ozeri’s 420 Variable Graduation Technology achieves a remarkably accurate graduation of 0.1 g / 0.005 oz for items that weigh 420 grams or less (14.82 oz), which is 10 times as precise as the standard 1 gram scale. For items weighing over 420 grams, the Ozeri Garden Scale II impressively measures to the nearest 0.5 g or 0.01 oz, which is twice the accuracy of a standard 1 gram scale. With a max weighing capacity of 6000 g / 13.22 lbs, the Ozeri Garden Scale II is a most capable tool for all your diet, health, and wellness goals. This Ozeri Scale delivers unprecedented accuracy for the most detailed recipes and immediate response times to keep up with the fast-paced chef. It's just as handy as it is in the kitchen and garden, and doubles as a postage machine for your mail and as a great tool for classroom or homework science projects. An indispensable companion for the serious cook, the Ozeri Garden and Kitchen Scale II’s Unit button lets you change the unit of measurement with push-button ease, with 6 units of measurements (oz, ml, g, lbs, lbs:oz, kg) and displays results on an easy-to-read LCD screen - e.g. easily convert 16.311 ounces to 462.4 ml to 462.4 grams to 1.019 pounds to 1 pound and 0.304 ounces to 0.4624 kg. Manufactured to Ozeri’s rigorous quality specifications, it also features a handy Tare button which automatically subtracts the weight of any pouch, bag or container to calculate the net weight of garden plants or other ingredients. Both the Unit and Tare buttons are separated from the actual weighing platform, which prevents movement on the weighing platform when pressing either button, thereby ensuring the highest possible accuracy. The Ozeri Garden Scale II’s Tare and Unit buttons also provide a tactile, audible click confirmation, so you never have to push twice when measuring recipes in a hurry. The Garden Scale’s sleek aesthetic and availability in multiple colors complement any kitchen decor, and it cleans quickly and stores easily. It features a large LCD display with an enhanced viewing angle. The new Ozeri Garden and Kitchen Scale II automatically powers-off to maximize battery life and runs on 2 AAA batteries (included), with an easy-access battery compartment. It also features an adjustable auto-power-off toggle that allows you change the power-off timer from the default of 2 minutes of inactivity, to 5 minutes for when that extra time is needed
