A bizarre melding of superheroes and freakshow gore. Let it never be said that Álex de la Iglesia is lacking an artistic vision. --Austin ChronicleÁlex de la Iglesia's rip-roaring start... A feverish blend of sci-fi, action and bizarro comedy that barely seems to stop to catch its breath. --Mondo DigitalRiotously entertaining... It mixes elements of science fiction, horror, black humor and ultra-violence, resulting in an eminently watchable slice of genre cinema.― --Rock! Shock! Pop!
