Product Information

About this item

• High-quality: Manufacturer of professional industrial high-power high efficiency vortex tubes. Supplying many different types vortex tube products to a variety of industries.
• Hot-End Burning Protection: DV vortext tubes are equipped with a hot end high-temperature protection sleeve to prevent skin burning injury while operators accidently contact the device hot end.
• Cold-end muffler: DV vortex tube clod end muffler significantly reduce noise levels of the outcoming cold air, which prevents operators from high noise injury.
• Flexible Cold Air Nozzle: The cold air is precisely pointed to the target hot spots by easily adjust the 3/8 inch flexible cold air tube.
• Inlet Air Valve: A inlet air valve is used to easily adjust the incoming air volume and meet the different air volume needs in applications.
• Adjustable Cold Air Temperature: The outcoming cold air temperature is easily adjusted by turning the temperature control screw to meet specific air temperature needs in different work conditions.
• Strong Magnetic Base: The strong neodymium magnetic base provides 20LBs holding force, ensuring the vortex tube assembly stay still at the working position consistently.
• Light Weight: The total weight of DV vortex tube is 2Lbs, which is easy to handle and minimize the damage to both the vortex itself and other objects while collision happens.

Product Description

Digital Valley LLC is a professional technology company located in central Pennsylvania specialized in mechanical and electrical systems design and manufacturing. The company has many-year experience in mechanical and electrical system design and manufacturing. Products are well known for their USA quality. Standard process cooling solution with compressed air. This product has been widely used in CNC machining process cooling to replace coolant, electrical cabinet cooling, cooling solutions for manufacturing processes including welding, plastic injection mold cooling for reducing cycle time , plastic machining, food manufacturing, et al.. Especially good for NO-Spark environment. While fed with 100PSI inlet air pressure and 40cfm inlet air volume, this powerful device (40cfm) will remove 2800BTU heat every hour. By factory default setting, the outlet temperature is 77°F (25°C) lower than the inlet air temperature. This temperature change is adjustable by turning the screw behind the hot-end muffler. The cold-end air muffler significantly reduce the outcoming air noise to maintain a quite and safe work environment, and meet the OSHA regulations. To keep the device in good and high-efficiency work condition, please make sure the incoming air is free of oil and dry.
