Gaiam Yoga Mat - Premium 5mm Print Thick Non Slip Exercise & Fitness Mat for All Types of Yoga, Pilates & Floor Workouts (68" x 24" x 5mm)

About this item

• JOINT-PROTECTING 5MM CUSHION: Weighing just 2.36 lbs, this lightweight 5mm thick yoga mat delivers the ideal balance of cushion and stability — perfect for hard floors, beginners, and anyone with sensitive knees or wrists during yoga, Pilates, or strength training.
• TEXTURED NON-SLIP GRIP: Dual-sided sticky surface provides reliable traction on smooth studio floors and carpet. Pro tip: for best grip during hot or sweaty sessions, use a yoga towel as a top layer — your mat will last longer and perform better.
• ECO-CONSCIOUS & BODY SAFE: Made from 6P-free PVC — free of 6 harmful phthalates — so you can breathe easy during your practice. No toxic off-gassing in use; simply unroll and air out for 1-2 days if packaging odor is present (completely normal and harmless).
• FREE YOGA STUDIO ACCESS: Purchase includes complimentary access to Gaiam's online yoga platform — 100+ on-demand yoga videos, pose guides, and custom classes available anytime, anywhere. Perfect for beginners building a home practice.
• MULTIPLE COLORS & PRINTS AVAILABLE: Express your style with vibrant design options. Standard 68"L x 24"W size fits most yogis up to 5'10". Rolls tight for easy storage and travel.
