• DISTILLERY SERIES mini whiskey aging barrels are made from new american oak staves, air dried for 18-24 months to ensure maximum flavor. Each barrel interior has a medium char, with no varnish applied to the exterior for optimal aging and oxidation.
• ACCELERATED AGING: Cure your 2 liter bourbon barrel following the instructions included, then simply pour in your favorite alcohol and Age to Taste! Charred mini barrels are ideal for whisky, mead, wine and more.
• PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS - Extract natural flavors from the oak charred interior (vanilla and sweet spices) and infuse into a classic cocktail drink: the Negroni, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini or Whiskey Sour.
