About this item
- TETHERED SHOOTING WITHOUT OVERHEATING: Open-structure base with air vents keeps your laptop and external hard drives cool during long tethered shoots — no more thermal throttling mid-session because the laptop can't breathe on a solid surface
- BUILT-IN CABLE MANAGEMENT SLOTS: Cable slots route your tether, power, and drive cables cleanly through the platform — no tangled mess pulling on ports, snagging on gear, or getting yanked mid-take when you move the setup
- FITS LAPTOPS 10-25MM THICK: Adjustable L-brackets clamp your laptop securely to the platform. Included shim sets (1mm, 3mm, 6mm) extend the range if your laptop is thicker or has a case on. Ergonomic finger grooves make carrying easy
- MOUNTS TO TRIPOD, C-STAND, OR TABLETOP: Quick-release dovetail mount plus 3/8"-16 threads attach to any tripod. Detachable 5/8" baby pin receiver fits C-stands and light stands. Four support legs let you use it as a stable tabletop workstation
- Trusted globally since 1997: PROAIM gear is used on productions in 90+ countries by 50,000+ filmmakers, DPs, and rental houses
