McCormick Gourmet Valencia Orange Peel, 1.5 oz (Pack of 2)

Product Description

McCormick Gourmet uses sweet oranges, named for the city of Valencia in Spain, as the source of their dried orange peel. It delivers the zesty flavor of grated orange peel to desserts, marinades, breads, cookies and cakes. We use only the thin outer layer of the orange peel where the intensely flavored essential oils are. We finely grate the peel, allowing the sweet citrus flavor and aroma of Valencia oranges to really shine through. It infuses your recipes in the most delicious way possible. Add to desserts like cheesecake and rice pudding as well as to savory ham glaze, stir-fries and spice blends. Discover the convenience of always having orange peel on hand. Use our dried peel as a one-to-one equal substitute for fresh orange peel.
