About this item

• SMOOTH SLIDING, NO MORE HANG-UPS: If you've ever struggled with retrieving a dropped spring nut from a strut channel, dealing with tangled springs, or having a spring stuck in the backside openings of the channel, then you must try the ingeniously designed nylon channel squeeze nut. It effortlessly slides along the C channel for easy positioning and installation.
• RAPID INSTALLATION IN TIGHT SPACES: When working in narrow spaces, where adding items to a strut channel becomes challenging, the nylon strut cone nut offers the perfect solution. Simply squeeze, insert into the location you want, and rotate the nylon holder 90 degrees for a fast and efficient installation, greatly reducing the time spent on the task.
• CLEAN THREADS: At our factory, we utilize precision thread-making equipment. After the threads are crafted, we conduct random inspections to ensure there are no missing threads, cross-threading, uneven threading, or burrs. This meticulous process ensures that you receive channel nuts with crisp threads that effortlessly screw in.
• THICKENED GALVANIZED PLATING: Thickened zinc plating on channel squeeze nuts offers outstanding corrosion protection, safeguarding the product against oxidation and corrosion. This ensures that nuts have a longer lifespan, especially when used in humid, acidic, or alkaline environments. Thicker zinc plating is crucial for outdoor applications of strut squeeze nut.
• WIDE APPLICABILITY: Strut channel squeeze nuts are versatile and compatible with American channel support systems and wall mount brackets. They find extensive applications in the communication industry, photovoltaic power generation field, seismic bracing systems, solar panel fixation, support systems, ceiling track installation, and suspension of electrical infrastructure, among others.
