About this item

• HANGING PLYO MAT: PowerNet's Hanging PlyoMat is a visual target for portable Plyometric Training Balls. The set includes the durable target and 2 carabiners to hang on most fences
• VISUAL TARGET: The large printed target on this baseball training equipment provides a clear reference point, helping players focus on accuracy during drills
• 30 INCH BY 24 INCH COVERAGE AREA: The large heavy-duty rubber mat provides ample space for plyometric training. The flexible training aid can be rolled up to transport or store
• DURABLE: This heavy-duty backstop is constructed from 1/8-inch thick rubber, designed to withstand the impact of hard, weighted throws. The baseball target helps reduce damage to chain-link fences by absorbing the impact when players throw weighted balls into it
• WEIGHTED BALL TRAINING: Use the PlyoMat during drills to target and develop key muscle groups used in both pitching, throwing and hitting. Plyometric Training Balls sold separately
