Created in 1990, Manjari is the result of a lasting partnership between Valrhona and the Millot plantation in northern Madagascar. It was in 1990 that Valrhona decided to highlight the Malagasy beans, which had been little recognized, by launching Manjari, which would quickly become one of Valrhona's greatest classics. Tasting brings fruity and tangy notes of red fruits, giving a sensation of freshness in the mouth that ends with a delicate finish of roasted dried fruits. This bar remains slightly sweet and tangy.
