Product Information

About this item

• Handmade in Japan by kaleidoscope expert Koji Yamami to express the feeling of space at the moment of slipping back in time, inspired by his love of science fiction movies.
• The image displayed is a combination of two, and the infinitely spreading radiation changes the light entering through the gaps of the mirror into rainbow colours using a special dichroic film and a 3 mirror system.
• Changing the direction of the tip of the scope changes the way light enters, leading to a complete change in the atmosphere of the image.
• The central part of the image is a teleidoscope thus the image and colour change depending on the object you see, so you can enjoy infinite images of world around you. Show this beauty to a friend and watch their reaction! This really is a unique scope and gift.
