The deck starts by casting efficiently costed cat creatures with strong secondary abilities including Fleecemane Lion (monstrosity, hexproof, indestructible), Ironpaw Aspirant (+1/+1 counter), Kutzil's Flanker (+1/+1 counters, life gain, scry, graveyard hate), Kutzil, Malamet Explorer (card draw).
