About this item

• INDUSTRY-STANDARD AMPS PATTERN: Our AMPS mounts adhere to the industry standard hole pattern of 30mm x 38mm (1.181” x 1.496”). The mounting holes themselves accept M4, M5, 10-24, 10-32, #8 plastic screws, and various other self-threading screws with a diameter of up to 5.2mm." (Hardware Kit Included)
• ALL METAL CONSTRUCTION: Experience unparalleled durability with our product, meticulously crafted from premium 6061-T6 Aluminum. This high-quality alloy ensures exceptional strength, resilience, and corrosion resistance. The precision-engineered design guarantees a lightweight yet robust solution, perfect for a variety of activities. Built To Outlast You!
• MORE RELIABLE UNDER HEAVY LOAD (THICKER AMPS PLATE & CONNECTION): Thin AMPS base plates often become a weak link in competitor AMPS Mounts. This vulnerability arises when the mounting plate connecting to the ball is too thin, causing the ball to break off the plate. To remedy this industry problem, our AMPS mounts feature a plate that is 2X thicker than some competitors', fortified with more reliable hardware connecting the ball to the AMPS plate for enduring strength under heavy loads.
• BETTER BALL AND SOCKET CONNECTION (Perfectly Round, Perfect Grooves): We take pride in quality machining. Our ball is machined to a tolerance of +/- .005”, and we don’t just throw grooves on our ball because someone else did; they are by design and meet a very strict standard. They are designed to carry a load of up to 2lbs in mobile applications and up to 5lbs stationery with a 7” arm.
• TACKFORM 20 SERIES: Specifically designed for compatibility with Tackform’s 20 Series Platform, revolving around the 20mm ball and socket system. While compatible with other 20mm products, our parts stand out for their tested durability and engineered load capacities, featuring a safety factor not guaranteed by other manufacturers. Please Note: Not suitable for 25.4mm / 1” / B-Sized balls.
