Product Information

About this item

• 30W 20cm foam cutting pen with 12V 2.5A power adapter. Maximum working temperature 300 degrees cutting pen. Follow the principle of'timely movement ', maintain a uniform speed of 2-3cm/s when cutting, and stay in the same position for more than 2 seconds to avoid local overheating deformation of the material (especially low-density foam, overheating is prone to scorch marks). Continuous cutting of foam cutting cannot exceed half an hour
• Our Hot Wire Foam Cutter Kit is designed with user comfort and ease of operation in mind. Its ergonomic handle and start switch make it comfortable to hold and easy to use, reducing user fatigue during extended cutting sessions
• The switch on the side of the fuselage is marked. Only by pressing the marked side can the switch fully pop up and the product officially enters the power-on state (not pressing the marked side will cause the switch not to trigger and cannot be powered on) This electric hot knife foam cutter can effectively cut foam, providing smooth and fast cutting, while cleanly sealing the edges and leaving minimal debris. This ensures a professional completion of the foam cutting project
• Application: This foam cutter is versatile and suitable for various foam cutting tasks. Its ability to heat up quickly makes it convenient to use for tasks such as polystyrene foam cutting, carving, and even writing words on foam surfaces. This versatility makes it a valuable tool for crafters, artists, and professionals alike. It is only used for low-density foam materials with a thickness of ≤ 18cm. Excessive thickness use will lead to incomplete cutting
• Align the adapter plug with the interface at the end of the cutting pen, first rotate 1/4 turn clockwise to access, confirm that the interface is not loose, and then rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise to reinforce to ensure a stable connection (loose will lead to power failure); plug the other end of the power supply into a household socket, and wait 30 seconds after power on to complete full preheating (less than 30 seconds of preheating will lead to weak cutting and material cannot be cut off). It is forbidden to use it directly without preheating
