Product Description
This Kimlan soy sauce is a dark soy sauce. It is aged longer than other soy sauces and has an additional ingredient in caramel, producing a thicker sauce with a beautiful, deep reddish-brown coloring and a taste that is far richer and sweeter than its peers. More specialized than the beloved classic version due to its more powerful flavor and tendency to dye dishes with its strong coloring, there are many stir fries and braised food dishes that benefit from these unique qualities
