Product Description
Yupik organic barley flakes are steamed, rolled, and lightly roasted pieces of whole barley grains! Hearty barley flakes are nutty in flavor and firm in texture; ideal as an alternative to rolled oats, and can be used in hot cereals, granola, baked goods, and more! Barley flakes use a 2: 1 ratio (2 cups water, 1 cup barley flakes), and cook in approximately 20 minutes.
