About this item
- Compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Only. XTU J10 doorbell camera requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and DOES NOT support 5GHz. Setup is simplified with Bluetooth-assisted pairing and video tutorials, typically taking under 3 minutes. For optimal performance, position your router close to the camera or use a Wi-Fi extender to avoid video delay or alert delay.
- How long do I need to charge the Doorbell? Under laboratory environments, the doorbell camera wireless battery lasts up to 2 months with 20 daily triggers. Real-world usage varies depending on motion frequency and environmental factors. TO EXTEND BATTERY LIFE, adjust sensitivity to minimize non-essential alerts or narrow motion detection zones to focus on key areas. NOTE: Avoid installing in high-traffic areas (e.g., facing sidewalks).
- How is the 2K video quality? The door bell camera features a 2K HD camera with a 120° wide-angle lens, capturing crisp footage day and night. Enhanced night vision illuminates up to 33 feet, making this door camera essential for outdoor security. Renters will appreciate the no-drill installation options, including heavy-duty adhesive strips for smooth surfaces or corrosion-resistant screws for permanent mounting.
- To Minimize False Alarms-Customize motion sensitivity and detection zones on this doorbell camera to prioritize humans, pets, and vehicles while ignoring plants or insects. The AI algorithm learns patterns over time to reduce false alerts. Note: Avoid pointing the doorbell camera toward busy streets or fans for better result. Temporary sensitivity adjustments may improve accuracy during heavy rain or wind.
- What storage options are available? The doorbell camera supports local storage via micro SD cards up to 128GB (not included) and offers optional cloud storage，which requires a subscription. Built-in two-way audio allows clear communication; supports siren and personalized 10-second voice messaging; APP encryption ensures secure data transmission and privacy protection.
