• BRUSH-CLEAN ONLY—NOT DISHWASHER SAFE: This meat tenderizer is not dishwasher-safe. Rinse away residue with water and use the included brush for remaining bits. For best results, thaw meat for about 30 minutes before use and operate the mixer at speed 4–6.
