About this item

• ULTRA-SMALL INDUCTIVE EARPIECE – Miniature 5 x 7 x 10 mm earpiece designed primarily for discreet voice communication and audio prompting. The earpiece receives audio through electromagnetic induction from the included neck loop and is not a conventional Bluetooth stereo earphone.
• DESIGNED FOR VOICE COMMUNICATION – Designed primarily for phone calls, speech, voice prompts, and general voice audio. Due to its ultra-small receiver and inductive design, its perceived volume, frequency response, and overall sound characteristics differ from standard Bluetooth or full-size earphones.
• IMPORTANT AUDIO CHARACTERISTICS – A faint background sound or low-level noise may be noticeable, especially in very quiet environments or when no voice/audio signal is present. This miniature earpiece is not intended for high-fidelity music, strong bass, stereo sound, or high-volume listening.
• 3.5 MM, LIGHTNING & USB-C COMPATIBILITY – The induction loop uses a 3.5 mm audio connection. One Lightning-to-3.5 mm adapter and one USB-C-to-3.5 mm adapter are included for compatible smartphones. Audio, microphone, and call compatibility may vary depending on the phone model, adapter connection, operating system, and device settings.
• COMPLETE MINI EARPIECE KIT – Includes 1 miniature inductive earpiece, 1 induction loopset with microphone, 2 SR416SW/337 button-cell batteries, 1 Lightning-to-3.5 mm adapter, and 1 USB-C-to-3.5 mm adapter. Follow the instructions for correct battery installation, connection, loop positioning, and troubleshooting.
