Product Description
"The CAP 40 LB Adjustable Cement Dumbbell Set is an accessible, space-efficient free-weight system for home strength training. The set includes four 2.5 lb and four 7.5 lb coated cement plates, two durable 14-inch iron dumbbell handles and four collars so resistance can be changed as your exercise or training goal changes. The protective PE/vinyl-style coating helps isolate the cement fill from moisture and provides a rust-resistant alternative to traditional cast iron plates. Use the adjustable pair for curls, presses, rows, squats, lunges, raises and other upper- and lower-body movements. The plate-loaded format makes it easy to increase or decrease resistance without purchasing a full rack of fixed dumbbells, making the set well suited to apartments, bedrooms, garages and compact workout areas. A workout chart is included to help users build exercise variety into their routine.
