About this item

• ACCLAIMED FOR EXCELLENCE: FibraMent Pizza Stones have been recognized by top publications as the premier choice for achieving the best baking results.
• PROFESSIONAL GRADE PERFORMANCE: Crafted with a blend of patented high-performance materials, the FibraMent Pizza / Baking Stone ensures unparalleled durability and exceptional baking results every time.
• GRILL USE WITH FLAME DIVERTER: While perfect for home ovens, the FibraMent stone can also be used on grills. A flame diverter is required for grill use to protect the stone and ensure even heat distribution.
• MEASUREMENT GUIDE: Measure your oven or grill before ordering. Allow approximately a one inch (1in) opening on each side of the baking stone for proper air movement.
• IDEAL HEAT DISTRIBUTION: FibraMent stones are designed to provide the ideal heat transfer rate. Experience uniform heat retention and distribution across the entire stone surface, ensuring consistent, crispy crusts and delicious results with every bake.
• EASY TO USE AND MAINTAIN: Our premium baking stone is user-friendly and easy to clean. It is designed for gas, electric and convection ovens. FibraMent stones can be placed directly on your oven rack. To prevent breaking, never place baking stones in direct contact with an open flame. For grill use, always use the flame diverter under the stone.
• SUPERIOR DURABILITY: FibraMent stones are thicker and more durable than other stones made from clay, ceramic, cordierite, soapstone, or granite that crack easily and bake unevenly.
• USA MADE AND NSF CERTIFIED: Family-owned and made in the USA, FibraMent is independently tested and certified by NSF for safe use in baking ovens and contact with food.
