It does NOT fit bariatric/extra wide/heavy duty walkers. IMPORTANT: If your walker hand grips measure more than 2 inches wide, the tray will NOT fit over them. The tray MUST sit flat on the walker. If the tray is uneven/tilted, it does NOT fit your walker and it is not safe to use. If the tray presses down on the walker buttons during use, it does NOT fit your walker and is NOT safe.
