YESWELDER CUT-50DS 50A Plasma Cutter, 110/220V, 1/2 in Clean Cut, IGBT

About this item

• POWERFUL CUTTING CAPACITY: 20-50A output, Ideal Clean Cut: 1/4''(6mm) @110V, 1/2"(12mm) @220V, Maximum Cut: 3/8''(10mm)@ 110V, 5/8''(16mm) @ 220V. Uses non-hazardous compressed air to cut stainless steel, alloy steel, mild steel, copper, and aluminum. Note: When making the maximum thickness cut, slow down the cutting speed appropriately to ensure excellent cutting results
• PT/2T/4T FUNCTION: The post time (PT) setting controls the cooling period for the welding head, which extends the lifespan of consumables. 2T, a semi-automatic cutting control for accurate cutting, 4T, an automatic cutting control for long-term continuous cutting.
• BUILT-IN AIR FILTER: Strategically positioned at the rear of the machine, the air filter ensures a swift connection. This thoughtful placement not only slashes installation time but also significantly ramps up overall operational efficiency. When adjusting the air pressure, first gently lift the knob upward, then set it to the desired pressure value. Once adjusted, gently press the knob back down. Regardless of whether the input voltage is 110V or 220V, maintain the air pressure within 45-75 Psi. Failure to do so may adversely affect cutting performance. Note: Requires external air compressor (sold separately).
• DIGITAL DISPLAY: The latest digital display centrally shows parameters such as air pressure, voltage, current, etc., allowing users to view the status of the equipment in real time, adjusting the operation in a timely manner, and improving the efficiency of the operation. There will be an error code system on the screen if there is a problem with the machine.
• WIDE APPLICATIONS: Excellently suited for intricate metalwork, pre-weld preparation, automotive repair tasks and DIY art projects. It's an ideal choice for beginners and DIYers.
• LIGHTWEIGHT AND PORTABLE: Effortless connection to 110V or 220V power sources. Its compact design and 11.46 lb weight make it effortlessly portable, whether you’re moving around the workshop or heading to the job site.
• SAFETY PRIORITIZED: Certificated by ETL, our product features comprehensive safeguards, including IP21 water rating protection, robust protections against over-load and over-heating, ensuring unparalleled user safety and device longevity.
