About this item

• BUNDLE INCLUDES: Garmin HRM-Fit Clip-On Heart Rate Monitor and Activity Tracker, and Signature Series Resistance Band (Dark Grey) for stretching and exercise
• PURPOSE-BUILT FOR WOMEN: The innovative clip-on design easily attaches to medium and high-support sports bras (longline, front-zip or light-support sports bras not recommended). It's comfortable to wear and provides accurate heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes and more
• PREPIUM HEART RATE MONITOR: Transmits accurate real-time heart rate and heart rate variability data to your compatible Garmin devices and fitness equipment (sold separately), the Tacx Training app and other smartphone apps. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved (must stop/start activity on your watch)
• CAPTURE RUNNING DYNAMICS: Capture metrics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio and more to help improve your form (requires a compatible Garmin device). For your indoor track or treadmill sessions, this heart rate monitor transmits pace and distance to your compatible watch
• ACTIVITY TRACKING: If you aren’t wearing your watch, the heart rate monitor captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect app
