• CAST IRON COOKING: Our cast iron pan has a machined, steelblasted, and preseasoned surface for an easier release that builds seasoning with each use. We use non-GMO flaxseed oil to season it, and it’s made without PTFE, PFOA, or other harsh chemicals.

• CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand-wash the cast iron skillet and dry completely before first use. Use a small amount of oil or fat during the first few uses to prevent sticking. Cook at low to medium-low heat and avoid acidic foods until the seasoning has built up.
