About this item

• Thirty Moves, Zero Setup: Deal a card, do the move, flip the next one. Every one of these kids exercise cards carries a single move with a clear illustration and its own rep count, so a five-year-old can run a whole session without an adult reading instructions out loud
• Ten Green, Ten Orange, Ten Red: Green warms up and mobilizes, orange builds speed and stamina, red builds strength. A preschooler and a fourth grader can play the same round side by side and both work at it, and the deck still has something left when they are ten
• Wipes Clean and Will Not Tear: Both sides are sealed under a thin laminate, so the deck survives the back garden, a gym floor and a spilled drink. It lives in a backpack pocket for a whole school year and still deals flat. Cards are 1.9 by 3.9 inches, smaller than a playing card
• The Certificate Is What They Come Back For: Finish a level and you print a certificate at home with your child's name on it. That is the whole difference between a set of exercises and a game they ask to play again on Saturday morning
• One Kid or the Whole Class: These movement cards work solo on a rainy afternoon, in pairs with a parent, or dealt around a PE group of twenty. No equipment, no screen, no app, and no more space than a child can reach with both arms out
