About this item

• 【Package Includes】 100 PCS seamless copper connectors, 100 PCS PVDF heat shrink tubes and 100 PCS PE heat shrink tubes for 26-20AW (M81824/1-1 Equivalent), 1 PC ACT-232 Crimp Tool suitable for crimping M81824/1,6,7,8,9,10,11,13,14 series insulated butt connectors, and 1 PC G411 Go-No Go Gauge for ensuring precise crimping quality.
• 【Seamless Copper Crimp Splices Advantages】 Made from 99.9% pure copper with matte tin plating, the environmental butt splice connectors offer superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Chamfered ends allow smooth wire insertion, while the inspection window ensures easy wiring identification. The color bands match crimp tool cavities for accurate installation.
• 【Two Types of Heat Shrink Tubing Options】 Includes high-temperature PVDF sleeves (-55 to 150°C / -67 to 302°F, VW-1 flame rated), ideal for high-temperature environments, and normal temperature PE sleeves (-55 to 125°C / -67 to 257°F), perfect for standard conditions and regular wires.
• 【ACT-232 Precision Crimping Tool】 The ACT-232 Hand Crimp Tool (equivalent to TE's AD-1377) features double-indent crimping for secure, slip-free connections. Compatible with M81824 series splices, it efficiently crimps 12# (yellow), 16# (blue), and 20# (red) splices, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
• 【Versatile and Durable Inline Splice Design】 MiniSeal crimp connectors feature a plated copper barrel and separate sealing sleeve to prevent insulation damage during the crimping process and support single or multi-wire (up to 2 wires) connections. The JRready MiniSeal crimp connector kit is smaller and lighter, making it ideal for wire connections in tight spaces and demanding environments.
