Briidea 50 Amp Smart Management Module (SMM), Load Management Device to Protect Generator from Overload, Gray

About this item

• OPTIMIZED POWER MANAGEMENT: When your home's electrical demand exceeds your generator's capacity, our 50A smart management modules allow you to efficiently manage large appliances and sub-panels without upgrading to a larger generator. This reduces both the size and cost of your generator while maintaining full backup coverage
• AUTOMATIC PROTECTION: The smart management module operates autonomously, constantly monitoring the generator's power frequency. If the frequency drops to an unacceptable level, it will automatically shut down connected circuits or devices, preventing overload and protecting your generator from damage
• LOAD PRIORITIZATION: During an outage, the module prioritizes power to your most essential circuits, based on your selection, ensuring you maximize your generator's capacity. You can install up to 8 modules per system, allowing for customizable power distribution
• LOCK-OUT FUNCTION FOR NON-ESSENTIAL LOADS: The lock-out feature ensures that non-critical loads do not receive power during an outage, saving energy and preventing unnecessary use. This cost-effective solution optimizes your generator’s performance and efficiency
• MAXIMUM COMPATIBILITY: Smart management modules work with any home standby generator and transfer switches. 50 Hz/60 Hz selection is available, simply set by button without opening the electrical box
