About this item
- UNIQUE PILATES TOOL: The Balanced Body Proprioception T-Bar is designed specifically for physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists to enhance patient assessments and training on various Reformer models.
- TRAPEZE TABLE & REFORMER ATTACHMENT: This tool helps identify patient asymmetries and supports work on hip alignment, trunk stabilization, and pelvic control. Simply place your feet on the T-Bar in a weight-bearing position to find your asymmetry.
- PILATES MACHINE ACCESSORY: The T-Bar swivels on horizontal and vertical axes, providing observation and feedback on movement patterns. To install it, you must pre-drill most Reformer frames; the Clinical Reformer comes pre-drilled for immediate compatibility.
- VERSATILE THERAPY BAR: Ideal for use with the Clinical Reformer, Studio Reformer, or Reformer Trapeze Combination, the T-Bar is perfect for rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises that promote proper alignment and stabilization.
- BALANCED BODY: Balanced Body is dedicated to providing Pilates-based education and equipment that empowers users to be mindful of movement, make healthy lifestyle changes, and ultimately find balance.
