About this item

• [𝑷𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏] Clothes moth adhesive traps are designed to catch and monitor moth activity, specifically adult male moths. They use pheromones to attract male moths, which become stuck on the adhesive surface, interrupting the breeding cycle and reducing the population over time.
• [𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌] The traps typically contain a pheromone lure that mimics the scent released by female moths. Male moths are drawn to the trap, believing they are approaching a mate, and get stuck on the glue surface, preventing them from reproducing.
• [𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕] For optimal results, place the traps in dark, undisturbed areas where clothes moths are likely to hide, such as closets, storage spaces, or near wool or silk garments. Avoid placing them near open windows or vents, as external airflow can dilute the pheromone's effectiveness.
• [𝑩𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒕𝒔] These traps are chemical-free and non-toxic, making them safe to use around children and pets. They are an effective, eco-friendly solution for monitoring moth infestations and can help homeowners identify problem areas without using harsh pesticides.
• [𝑳𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔] Clothes moth traps are most effective for monitoring and reducing moth populations. They target male moths, so additional steps like cleaning, freezing, or professional pest control may be needed to deal with eggs and larvae already present in fabrics. Regular replacement of traps is essential to maintain effectiveness.
