About this item

• 【DEEP WATER SATURATION MATTERS】Tree watering bags deliver water directly to the deeper soil layers, encouraging robust root development and helping reduce transplant and drought stress. Unlike traditional watering methods, tree water bags significantly lower your watering frequency, saving labor costs and reducing the need for tree replacement.
• 【REUSABLE & DURABLE】Made from tough, UV-resistant PVC tarpaulin with scrim reinforcement, these tree watering bags are built for long-term use. They feature durable polypropylene straps, nylon zippers, and sturdy handles for added reliability. Whether you're using them as tree watering bags for slow release or gator bags for watering trees, they are designed to perform season after season.
• 【LARGE CAPACITY & ADJUSTABLE WATER RELEASE】This tree watering bag holds up to 20 gallons of water, offering consistent hydration for trees. The slow-release design ensures water disperses efficiently, with release times ranging from 5 to 24 hours depending on soil type, weather, and tree size. Ideal for drought-prone or hot areas, these irrigation bags support healthy tree growth while minimizing water waste.
• 【TREE WATERING GUIDELINES】Proper tree hydration varies based on factors like tree size and local conditions. A common guideline is to provide 10 gallons of water per week for every 1 inch of trunk diameter. New trees typically need watering 1-2 times per week, but this may change depending on weather, soil type, and species. Tree gators and similar gator bags for watering trees offer an easy way to follow these guidelines.
• 【EASY INSTALLATION & USE】Installing these tree watering bags is quick and straightforward. Wrap the bag around the tree, zip it up, and fill it with water. Begin by filling about 1/4 of the bag, then lift the two black straps to fully expand the bottom before continuing. The wide opening fits hoses up to 3” in diameter, with an average fill time of 2-5 minutes using a standard garden hose. You can zip two tree bags for watering together for larger trees to double the capacity.
