ÖSEL BERRY Organic Freeze Dried Blackberry Powder, 8:1 Whole Berries, 3 oz

Product Information

About this item

• 8:1 CONCENTRATED - 25 OZ OF BERRIES IN A 3 OZ POUCH: Freeze drying removes only the water, so one resealable pouch holds 25 oz (700 g) of real fruit - 17 servings of organic blackberry powder.
• HANDPICKED WILD EUROPEAN BLACKBERRIES: Wild-grown fruit, handpicked and gently freeze dried. Whole berries milled fine - not a juice powder, not an extract. USDA Organic, EE-OKO-03.
• NOT A WATER DRINK - MADE FOR SMOOTHIES, YOGURT AND BAKING: Not soluble in water - in plain water it stays grainy and settles. In a smoothie, yogurt, muesli or batter it blends fully and evenly.
• TART AND INTENSE, DEEPLY PURPLE: Only 1 g of natural sugar per teaspoon, so it tastes sharp and berry-rich rather than candy-sweet - and the colour is strong enough to tint batter, frosting and fingers.
• ONE INGREDIENT, READ THE PANEL: 100% organic wild blackberry powder - no added sugar, no additives, no fillers, non-GMO, 2 g of fibre per serving. Cut and seal the pouch after opening.
• RESEALABLE & TRAVEL-FRIENDLY POUCH - Whether you’re meal-prepping at home or fueling up on the go, our premium pouch keeps your blackberry powder fresh, dry, and ready to enjoy anywhere.
