• The cake & cookie paddles with whip driver crafted from food-grade plastic and metal, these paddles withstand high temperatures, resist wear, and ensure safe, non-stick mixing. The metal whip driver replaces fragile plastic versions, offering long-term reliability even under heavy use
• These new cake paddles with metal whip drive whips less air into batter, perfect for cakes, cupcakes, muffins, pancakes, and quick breads! The cake paddles create fluffy, moist cakes by aerating butter and batter effectively, while the cookie paddles handle medium-thick doughs and ingredients like nuts or candy
• The new Dough Hook Extender is perfect for kneading small amounts of dough, like one or two loaves of bread. It fits snugly under the dough hook, sweeping the bowl's curved section to ensure even kneading. It fit for all Universal Kitchen machines, enhances both small and large batches. Ideal for bread, pizza dough, or biscuits. But not for use with the compact or styline mixers
• Easy to install and disassemble, these paddles simplify post-baking cleanup. Their streamlined structure prevents residue buildup, maintaining good hygienic conditions for each use
