About this item

• Folding Grapnel Boat Anchor: Perfect for small boats, kayaks, canoes, dinghies, paddle boards, and more. Whether you're anchoring for SUP yoga, jet skiing, or kayak fishing, this versatile anchor ensures stability and reliability on the water.
• Complete Anchoring Kit: Includes a folding grapnel boat anchor, 40FT durable rope, buoy float, bow shackle, locking carabiner, 50 zip ties, and a convenient storage bag—everything you need for a secure and hassle-free anchoring experience.
• Two Weights Available: 1.5LB (0.7KG) for shallow waters up to 20ft, low flow and rough ground, and 3.5LB (1.5KG) for depths up to around 100ft, moderate flows and most ground types if used with chain - this is the most common size used on a kayak.
• Zip Ties Included for Anti-Snag Anchor Setup: Attach the rope to the top eye of the anchor using a small zip tie as a "weak link." Under normal use, force runs parallel to the anchor, minimizing stress on the zip tie. If snagged, move up-tide or up-flow to change the rope angle. A few sharp tugs should break the zip tie, freeing the anchor. This simple, cost-effective method is the most popular anti-snag setup.
• Upgrade Marine Grade Rope: Upgrade to a premium marine-grade rope with a high-strength polyester core, offering a superior 1,936 lbs breaking strength compared to inferior polypropylene's 1,058 lbs. Designed for durability, it features excellent UV and abrasion resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance without breaking under stress.
